Job summary

RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC is seeking an Intake Quality Analyst in Fort Mill, SC. You will review intake processes, complaint entries, and outflow responses, ensuring accuracy and write quality across multiple systems.

You will collaborate with the Customer Resolution Intake Supervisor and other stakeholders, generate reports, and advocate for White Glove service and continuous improvement while supporting compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• Experience using Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, LPS.
• Must have data entry experience.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Must have customer service experience and strong writing skills.
• Must be available on some weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews of Intake Analyst processes and related correspondence.
• Evaluate letters and system entries for writing quality, completeness and resolution.
• Ensure data is correctly entered into RPMS (LPS) and SharePoint as applicable.
• Review Dashboard items and remediate identified exceptions.
• Generate quality assessment reports for leadership use.
• Recommend training and drive continuous improvement across departments.
