Job summary

RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC is seeking a Cash Operations Analyst in Fort Mill, SC to support the Cash and Investor Reporting department. You will manage transaction processing, exception analysis, and process improvements for large-scale servicing operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and investors, delivering insights, maintaining SLAs, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within a fast-paced mortgage servicing environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or 3-5 years’ experience in accounting or financial services related field.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
• Proven data, research and problem-solving skills
• Aptitude to work accurately in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication with peers, vendors and investors
• Capability to manage change and adapt to evolving processes

Responsibilities

• Resolve account and portfolio level issues and maintain SLAs.
• Ensure systems are configured to support loan-servicing operations.
• Leverage technology to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze transactional data to identify deviations from expected results.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to support process improvements.
• Monitor daily transaction volume and regulatory compliance implications.
• Collaborate with vendors and other business units to integrate processes.
• Develop strong relationships with investors and clients as primary contact.
• Support management with insights on trends, exceptions and controls.
