Avenues Recovery Center in Ft. Collins, CO is seeking an intake nurse for our new inpatient detox and residential facility. The role supports seamless transitions into treatment, coordinates healthcare services and ensures accurate medical records.

Hours are Tue–Sat, 12pm–8pm, with a supportive team and comprehensive benefits. Qualified candidates hold RN licensure, a nursing diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced,

• Minimum one year diploma program post-high school
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage complete medical intake process.
• Complete nursing shift duties (vitals, drug screens, scheduling appointments and lab work).
• Coordinate pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep accurate med logs.
• Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams for total coordination of care.
• Ensure complete, timely and accurate medical documentation for each client.

What You'll Do
