Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN, Diploma or BSN).
• Licensure and certification: Current Texas State Registered Nurse license. CPR and hospital de‑escalation certifications.
• Experience: Two years of inpatient psychiatric experience, knowledge of nursing assessment, diagnosis and intervention with psychiatric patients, medication administration, milieu management, delegation, special treatment procedures, and medical record documentation.
