Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC invites qualified LVN/LPN to join our care team in Texas. Under supervision of providers and RNs, you will perform nursing procedures, administer injections and medications, and coordinate patient education and care plans.

You will document assessments, manage medications, collect lab samples, ensure infection control, and maintain a safe, confidential environment. IV therapy certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current LVN/LPN license and BLS certification.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records.
• Effective communication, customer service, and emergency response skills.
• Ability to perform medical procedures, including injections, phlebotomy, and IV therapy (if certified).
• Ability to establish effective relationships with staff and patients.
• Physical ability to handle equipment and perform duties safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing procedures within scope of practice.
• Implement patient education plans and coordinate care.
• Document patient assessments and care accurately.
• Collect lab samples, manage medications, and ensure infection control.
