This role combines driving, hands-on work, and customer interaction, with a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), health benefits, paid training, and opportunities to grow with a rapidly expanding organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and process incoming gear using established intake procedures
• Verify inventory accuracy and maintain chain-of-custody documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers during pickups and deliveries
• Assist with tagging, sorting, tracking, and staging gear for cleaning and inspection
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support general warehouse and operational activities as needed
• Operate company vehicles in accordance with all safety regulations and company policies
