Job summary

Lakeland Fire + Safety in Fresno is seeking an Intake Technician to collect and deliver firefighter protective gear, manage customer intake, and support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will verify inventory, document chain of custody, assist with tagging and sorting gear, and communicate professionally with customers during pickups and deliveries. This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and a hands-on, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Schedule

• Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs
