Job summary

Lakeland-Industries-Inc.-1 is seeking an Intake Specialist in Riverside, CA to manage firefighter protective gear intake, inventory tracking, and gear preparation for cleaning and inspection.

This role blends driving with customer interaction and hands-on warehouse tasks in a fast-paced setting. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with occasional overtime. Health benefits available and paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable and able to work independently or with a team.
• Experience in logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and process incoming gear using intake procedures.
• Verify inventory accuracy and maintain chain-of-custody documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers during pickups and deliveries.
• Assist with tagging, sorting, tracking, and staging gear for cleaning and inspection.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support general warehouse and operational activities as needed.
• Operate company vehicles in accordance with safety regulations and policies.
