Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Service field or RN preferred.
• Licensed Louisiana RN, LCSW, LMSW, LPC, PLPC preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred in psychiatric health care.

Responsibilities

• Responds to telephone and face-to-face inquiries from persons seeking mental health care or information about mental health services.
• Conducts clinical assessments; utilizes appropriate clinical forms during assessment; develops sound knowledge of applicable criteria; provides a comfortable caring approach to clients.
• Documentation reviews show that forms, notes, and other applicable written information has been completed promptly and accurately.
