Local Pay: $16.00/hour

Treatment-Coordinator - Level 1 Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet and Check-in patients in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Review treatment plans with patients and explain procedures, costs, and insurance coverage.
• Assist with scheduling follow up appointments and specialist referrals.
• Answer patient questions and concerns with empathy and clarity.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and proper documentation.
• Submit insurance pre-authorizations and verify coverage when needed.
• Document agreements and treatment consent accurately.
• Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment and future care.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Preferred Education: Associate or bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of two (2) years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting and dental software.
• Comfortable discussing finances and treatment plans with patients.
• Experience working with various dental insurance plans, couples with strong communication skills.
• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents.
