Self-Help for the Elderly in San Francisco is seeking an Intake Coordinator in Adult Day Services. You will manage new participant intakes, assist with SF Paratransit applications, and oversee CACFP eligibility and meal records in a role reporting to the Director.
The position requires a high school diploma with office experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and bilingual English/Cantonese; CPR/First Aid within 6 months is expected. EEO employer.

Summary: Responsible for intaking in new participants; assisting participants in applying and renewing SF Paratransit; conducting outreach; managing and documenting the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) Program.
