Lifelong Access is seeking an Intake Coordinator to support families seeking services and to guide them through referrals and intake steps. The role operates in a friendly, collaborative team environment.
The position emphasizes strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and reliable scheduling and communication with families and providers. It requires a high school diploma and a valid Illinois driver’s license.

Pay: $21–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time (5 days per week)
The regular weekday schedule is preferably 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. The position will also include Saturdays from 8:30 AM–3:00 PM, with one weekday off to maintain a five-day workweek.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will typically work in an office setting. Employee will have prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
