POSITION SUMMARY
The Intake Coordinator is an integral part of the Response & Resolution team and is responsible for providing information about the Center’s process to parties, conducting general fact-gathering interviews with Claimants, Third-Party Reporters, and witnesses, and resolving allegations of lower severity misconduct. This includes making first contact with impacted parties, assessing the appropriateness of safety measures, coordinating with Law Enforcement, adjudicating matters informally or by way of Admonishment, and collaborating with the Investigations team regarding cases transitioning from Preliminary Inquiry to Formal Investigations.

WORK LOCATION – Denver, CO; or a location deemed suitable by the Center (e.g., near major airport and a state where the Center has established business operations. Current states eligible for remote work: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MD, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
This is a full-time, exempt position. The starting salary range for this position is $58,413 - $63,528 , and will be commensurate with background and experience.
