Responsibilities

• Directs all daily patient referral and intake operations, including overseeing intake policies.
• Oversees intake policies and ensures patients are admitted per policy.
• Maintains positive relationships with referral sources and handles inquiries.
• Oversees insurance verification and authorizations and coordinates care with service providers.
