Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in psychology is preferred.
• 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience, ideally in behavioral health.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with empathy and patience.
• Familiarity with behavioral health terminology and resources.
• Proficient with computer systems, including Microsoft Office.

Lightheart Mental Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly compensation range for this role is $19 – $22. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
