Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to understand goals and needs.
• Evaluate whether matters fit the firm's services and identify issues for review.
• Explain services, scope of representation, fees, and next steps clearly.
• Set expectations about process, timelines, and information needed.
• Respond promptly to client questions by phone, email, or in person.
• Coordinate follow-up and engagement process with clients.
• Prepare accurate consultation notes and hand off to the legal team.
• Follow firm procedures for conflicts, confidentiality, and timekeeping.
