Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Oakland, CA seeks an Intake Attorney to engage and sign clients in areas such as wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, catastrophic injury, workplace retaliation and harassment, unpaid wages, and wrongful termination. You will determine case viability, communicate with clients, travel to meet clients, and guide them through the intake process, including nights and weekends.

The ideal candidate has California Bar licensure, at least two years in plaintiff-side practice,

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury or employment law.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close.

Duties

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury or employment law.

• Familiarity with pre-litigation and litigation processes in personal injury and employment law.


• Ability to travel and work weekends or be on-call as needed.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
