Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Los Angeles seeks an Intake Attorney to engage and sign clients in wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, catastrophic injury, workplace retaliation and harassment, unpaid wages, and wrongful termination.

You will determine case viability, present the firm’s strengths, and manage client expectations, with duties including communication on case progression, and travel to meet clients and guide them through the intake process. JD required and CA bar in good standing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury or employment law.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Strong sales and persuasive communication skills.

Duties

Requirements

• Familiarity with pre-litigation and litigation processes in personal injury and employment law.


• Ability to travel and work weekends or be on-call as needed.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

California State Bar License.
