Join the Largest and Fastest-Growing Personal Injury Firm in America
When prospective clients call us, they are often frightened, overwhelmed, and uncertain of what to do next. Many will not sign a retainer until they have spoken directly with an attorney they can trust. That is where you come in.
We are seeking an Intake Attorney who excels at building rapport under pressure - someone who can turn an anxious caller into a confident client through clear guidance, sound legal judgment, and genuine reassurance. You will join our industry-leading Case Control Center, a department at the center of our nationwide growth, working alongside experienced attorneys and firm leadership to shape how new clients experience Morgan & Morgan from their very first conversation.
This is not a traditional litigation role. You will not manage a caseload or appear in court. Instead, you will apply your legal training and judgment where it matters most in the earliest, most critical moments of a client relationship: evaluating potential cases, advising callers with clarity and authority, and demonstrating why a firm that is truly For The People is the right choice for them.
Speak directly with prospective clients who want attorney-level reassurance before signing, explaining the legal process clearly and helping them make an informed, confident decision to retain our firm.
Establish credibility and trust quickly; your legal knowledge, communication skills, and professionalism often determine whether a caller becomes a client.
Follow up on pending calls and unsigned retainers within your queue, maintaining timely, consistent, and professional communication.
Coordinate closely with Contact Center leadership, managing partners, and attorneys across the country to ensure smooth and efficient case onboarding.
Document all conversations and case assessments in the intake system accurately and thoroughly.
Partner with our Under Review team to evaluate the initial merits of potential personal injury cases and advise on next steps, including:
