Moaddel Law Firm is seeking an experienced Intake Attorney to be the first point of contact for prospective clients within our Immigration practice. This role evaluates case viability, guides clients through complex immigration matters, and ensures compliant intake processes.
The position supports legal strategy within intake, collaborates with Business Development, Legal, and Support teams, and operates with no caseload. Hybrid/Remote, full-time, 40 hours per week, PST alignment with LA HQ.

We are seeking an experienced Intake Attorney to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients within our Immigration practice. This role is critical in evaluating case viability, guiding individuals through complex immigration matters, and ensuring high-quality, compliant intake processes. You will oversee legal strategy within the intake function and work closely with Business Development, Legal, and Support teams to uphold the firm’s standards while driving revenue performance. As an intake attorney you will not have a case load.
Moaddel Law Firm offers a competitive base salary of $85,000 - $125,000 DOE and Performance Bonuses. We provide medical insurance with a 50 percent employer contribution, dental and vision insurance, uncapped PTO, a retirement plan, and reimbursement of annual bar fees.
