Job summary

Ethan's Crossing is seeking Assessment Counselors to support a serene environment for healing. Located in Indianapolis, IN, this role involves coordinating clinical care, leading treatment planning, and connecting clients to community resources within a recovery-focused setting.

You will work with interdisciplinary teams, manage admissions, and help build individualized recovery roadmaps. A relevant degree with licensure is required, and a supportive, family-like culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or counseling (LSW or RN preferred) or a Master's degree with licensure.
• Licensure required for advanced role; RN/LSW preferred depending on path.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical care with interdisciplinary teams and external providers to keep clinical information up to date.
• Lead admission process by completing psychosocial assessments and building a recovery roadmap.
• Provide vital resource information and warm-referrals to community providers for ongoing engagement.
• Manage admissions with excellence, including verification of benefits and necessary clinical authorizations.
