Palm Point Behavioral Health is seeking an Intake Assessment Coordinator to manage inquiries and admissions for both inpatient and outpatient services. You will assess mental health status, determine eligibility, and coordinate with the treatment team to ensure smooth admissions.

Located in Titusville, FL, the role requires a master's degree in social work or counseling and at least 2 years in mental health, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, or counseling.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in the mental health field preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be available to attend orientations.

Responsibilities

• Responds to telephone inquiries.
• Knows PPBH programs and can provide general program information.
• Determines initial clinical and financial eligibility.
• Conducts psychosocial evaluation on each assigned admission, gathers data.
• Coordinates with the treatment team, family and patients.
