Day-to-day tasks include responding to phone calls and emails, providing courteous and professional customer service, coordinating with attorneys and staff, and following up with prospective clients to support client development efforts. The role also involves verifying insurance or financial information when relevant, maintaining confidentiality, and helping build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and referral sources.
