Westborough Behavioral Healthcare Hospital (WBHH) is a 117-bed psychiatric hospital providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults. This full-time RN role supports quality nursing care, safety and teamwork under new leadership, in Westborough, MA.

Qualifications

• At least one year of psychiatric/behavioral health experience preferred.
• Experience as an Intake RN preferred.
• Current MA RN license.
• Current CPR and CPI certification (or obtained within 30 days upon hire).
• Must be 21 years of age with a current TB test or medical clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality general/psychiatric nursing care to inpatients.
• Maintain a safe, clean care environment and support department operations.
• Assist in supervision of Behavioral Health Technician staff.
• Contribute to communications and alignment with the hospital mission.

Job Summary

Deliver quality general/psychiatric nursing care to patients who are hospitalized for treatment of psychiatric or emotional disorders. 0Knows and applies current nursing theory, principles of care and nursing procedures in performing the following functions appropriate to the age of the patient, maintains a safe and clean care environment, quality improvement, assist in the supervision of the Behavioral Health Technician, actively and consistently contributes to department operations and communications, behaves in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of Aurora Behavioral Health System.

Full-time 36 hours Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
