Job summary

Under supervision, you will review risk factors, coordinate with providers, and document services. A master’s in social work or related field is preferred, with strong communication skills and the potential for hybrid in-office work.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Experience in family preservation, reunification, adoption, youth development, counseling, or advocacy is desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, intensive child welfare casework services to intact families in high-risk categories.
• Review and evaluate safety and risk factors impacting child safety to help keep children at home.
• Coordinate with service providers and community resources for timely linkages.
