Qualifications

• Experience supervising program staff and coordinating teams.
• Familiarity with Solution-Based Casework (SBC) or trauma-informed approaches.
• Ability to monitor program quality and prepare funding reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct regular staff meetings.
• Provide individual case consultation and supervision to staff.
• Provide back up and coverage for team members as required.
• Monitor and implement the program’s continuous quality improvement process, including outcome measures, assessments and funding reports.
• Develop methods to enhance service quality and address training needs.
