Job summary

Transamerica Corporation seeks an Int Payroll Integration Analyst to independently manage standard payroll integrations during client onboarding and early production stabilization. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field is required.
  • Two years of experience in payroll integrations, HRIS, or data analysis preferred.
  • Experience with payroll vendors and file feed configurations desired.
  • Strong SQL data analysis and data reconciliation skills.
  • Proficient with database tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead configuration, testing, and implementation of standard payroll integrations.
  • Collaborate with clients, payroll vendors, and internal teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Research, analyze, and troubleshoot payroll integration and data load errors.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Create and run SQL queries to analyze and reconcile data.
  • Document integration requirements, mapping specifications, and test results.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and support early production cycles after go-live.
  • Communicate system issues to IT partners and document items in Jira.
