Job summary

Orion180 invites motivated students to join our 2027 Summer Internship Program, located at our Melbourne, FL headquarters and other U.S. offices.

You will work with experienced professionals across Accounting & Finance, Claims, Customer Experience, Data Science, Sales, Product, and Specialty Risk, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced insurtech environment. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program.
• A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
• Strong academic performance in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or Computer Science.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Python, SQL, and Power BI is a plus for analytics roles.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support Accounting & Finance in day-to-day operations, including AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Assist Claims with intake, documentation, and file management; support QA reviews.
• Aid Customer Experience with inquiry resolution, feedback analysis, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Data Science to analyze datasets, build models, and generate insights.
• Support Sales with market analysis, proposals, and CRM hygiene.
• Assist Product team with market research, requirements, and feature testing.
• Contribute to Specialty Risk through underwriting support and portfolio reviews.
