Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners invites applicants to join its 2026 Summer Internship Program at our Ormond Beach, Florida headquarters. The eight-week program starts in June 2027 and introduces students to the commercial insurance industry through project-based work and cross-department collaboration.

Interns gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured training across property/casualty, employee benefits, and carrier partnerships, preparing for a career in insurance after graduation.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in college and pursuing a relevant degree
• Rising junior and/or senior in their major
• Strong communication, collaboration and leadership abilities
• Initiative and motivation to succeed
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Involvement in school organizations and activities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
