Job summary

Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) is seeking a P&C Wholesale Account Associate to provide administrative and operational support to senior underwriting and broker staff. You will handle data entry, quote processing, and post-bind tasks while maintaining data integrity and compliance with carrier requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and active P&C license required.
• Minimum 1 year of underwriting or related insurance experience.
• Licenses such as P&C, CPCU/CIC/CRIS are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update account, quote, and policy information in the agency management system with accuracy.
• Enter data from applications into carrier rating portals and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare, review, and process bind orders with brokers and underwriters.
• Handle post-bind tasks including issuance, endorsements and cancellations.
• Coordinate with carriers and agents to resolve requests promptly.
• Support in preparing quotes, summaries, and market comparisons.
