Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage delegated tasks, including responding to broker inquiries via email and phone.
• Review and analyze underwriting documentation with Underwriter.
• Serve as backup to Underwriter, ensuring service continuity.
• Complete renewal and new business processing, including account setup.
• Review submissions for completeness and follow up on missing materials.
• Process, issue, verify, and release endorsements, performing policy checks.
• Provide technical support via Service Cloud to constituents.
• Participate in business process reviews and recommend workflow improvements.
