Responsibilities
Manage delegated tasks, including responding to broker inquiries via email and phone.
Review and analyze underwriting documentation with Underwriter.
Serve as backup to Underwriter, ensuring service continuity.
Complete renewal and new business processing, including account setup.
Review submissions for completeness and follow up on missing materials.
Process, issue, verify, and release endorsements, performing policy checks.
Provide technical support via Service Cloud to constituents.
Participate in business process reviews and recommend workflow improvements.
