You will develop communication and data-entry skills while supporting underwriters and preparing analytics-based reports for policy guidelines.

This role includes documenting policy statuses, coordinating with agents and clients, and ensuring accuracy in underwriting records. A bachelor’s degree is required.

• Collect and enter accurate information for new, existing, and prospective clients to support underwriting decisions.
• Create analytics-based reports to guide coverage determinations and policy guidelines.
• Maintain records in underwriting software and verify documents for accuracy and completion.
• Communicate policy approvals or rejections to underwriters, agents, supervisors, and clients in a timely manner.
• Serve as liaison for underwriters and customers to track, manage, and prioritize applications.
• Review new and renewal policies for accuracy
• Review changes to client policies for accuracy
