Job summary

EY seeks a senior consultant to transform insurance technology programs by delivering Guidewire and front-end solutions. You will work directly with clients to translate business problems into technology-enabled outcomes, shaping architecture, data models, and integration with vendor platforms.

The role requires strong communication, domain knowledge in insurance tech, and willingness to travel to client sites as needed. EY offers a hybrid model and comprehensive Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance tech or consulting.
• Experience with Guidewire suites and digital platforms; strong understanding of Guidewire architecture and integrations.
• Proficiency with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) and integration patterns (RESTful APIs).
• Ability to design, implement and align business requirements with technology architectures across project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into technology solutions in collaboration with clients.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk through technology programs.
• Contribute to architecture, data model, system design and interfaces for Guidewire implementations.
• Lead client engagements with clear communication and proactive problem solving.
