• Recruit licensed and aspiring insurance agents to your team
• Build relationships with agents and agencies in your market
• Interview and evaluate potential team members
• Coach agents on prospecting, sales, presentations, appointment setting, and follow up
• Help agents navigate onboarding and contracting
• Introduce agents to carriers, products, technology, and resources
• Develop emerging leaders within the organization
• Create a positive, competitive, and supportive team culture
• Monitor team activity and production
• Work with FMO leadership to identify opportunities to grow your team and production
