Job summary

3R Consulting Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Exec to join a busy team in a vibrant environment. You will predominantly call warm leads from website inquiries, handle inbound calls, and promote relevant insurance products to convert to sales.

Responsibilities

• Calling potential customers from website enquiries and quotations.

• Entering accurate data into computer systems and processing policy documents.
• Liaising with insurance companies and third parties to manage customer policies.
• Ensuring compliance with industry legislation and internal policies.
• Supporting the administrative team to ensure smooth transactions.
