Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency Midwest is seeking an Insurance Summer Intern to gain hands-on experience on a servicing team such as Business Insurance, Risk Transfer, Surety, Private Equity, or Employee Health & Benefits. You will support data management, develop deliverables, and assist with administrative tasks.

Applicants must be undergraduate with at least one year completed, show strong written and verbal communication, and be eager to pursue insurance after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have completed at least 1 year of study.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate about pursuing a career in insurance after graduation.
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support data management and analysis on servicing teams.
• Develop and maintain deliverables and presentations.
• Assist with various administrative and operational tasks.
• Prioritize tasks to meet client and agency expectations while ensuring data integrity.
