Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency Midwest is offering an Insurance Summer Intern role. You will join a servicing team—Business Insurance, Risk Transfer, Surety, Private Equity, or Employee Health & Benefits—gaining hands-on experience and exposure to daily operations while supporting data management and deliverables.

The program includes training, internships with mentorship, and opportunities to participate in various activities to develop professional skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have completed at least 1 year of study.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate about pursuing insurance as a career path post-graduation.
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions and grow.
• Authorized to work in US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support data management and analysis for servicing teams.
• Develop and maintain deliverables and assist with administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with managers, mentors and other interns on projects and presentations.
