Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) invites you to join its Insurance Intern program for Summer 2027. You’ll gain real-world experience in account management, benefits analysis, and client interactions while building a foundation in Employee Health & Benefits and Business Insurance.

The program includes lunch-and-learn sessions, ad-hoc projects, carrier field trips, and a final group presentation to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 minimum
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Senior year in Bachelor's or Master's program preferred
• Majors in Risk and Insurance Management, Finance or related fields
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, versatile and creative
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world experience in account management and benefits analysis
• Interact with clients and participate in projects for ad-hoc analyses
• Attend lunch & learn sessions and carrier field trips
• Deliver a final group presentation to the senior leadership team
• Collaborate with multiple teams to learn insurance programs and client services
