Qualifications

• Strong academic and professional credentials.
• Five or more years of experience in subrogation and/or insurance defense litigation.
• Some jury trial experience and a record of litigating civil matters from beginning to end.

• Subrogation of insurance payments.
• Autonomously pursue and litigate subrogation matters.
