Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or Life Insurance company).
Familiarity with operations and technology components for supporting insurance products.
Demonstrable success using tools such as SQL and Python.
Experience with insurance topics, such as underwriting, risk, and finance.
Strong mathematical background and ability to understand insurance products.
Proven track record in leading teams and delivering under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
Willingness to travel.
