Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance options, policy changes, claims, and billing.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to success every day.

Requirements

• Sales experience (preferred: outside sales, retail, telemarketing)

• Current Property and Casualty license; ability to obtain Life and Health license
