Qualifications

• Experience working with Insurance companies regarding Total Loss claims
• Experience within auto finance industry preferred
• High school diploma required
• 1 year of Total Loss related experience and/or training
• Basic knowledge of Total Loss and Gap claims processes and procedures

Working Conditions

• Extended working hours may be required as dictated by management and business needs.
• Ability to be consistently punctual.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Experience

• Loan Servicing/Collection: 1 year (Preferred)
• Auto Insurance: 2 years (Preferred)
