• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications efficiently.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance verification and patient benefits.
• Verify insurance coverage, deductibles, out-of-pocket costs, and patient eligibility.
• Determine whether prescribed therapies qualify for available benefit or financial assistance programs.
• Assist patients with navigating websites, enrollment processes, and available insurance options.
• Process patient applications and determine eligibility according to program guidelines.
• Document insurance verification results and patient interactions accurately.
• Follow up with patients and healthcare providers as needed.
• Identify barriers preventing patients from accessing prescribed therapies and take ownership of resolving those issues.

Are you an experienced Medical Insurance Specialist who understands healthcare reimbursement, insurance verification, and patient benefits? This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about helping patients navigate their insurance benefits and removing barriers to accessing care.

• Position: Insurance Specialist
• Pay: $17/hour + Weekly pay +Full Benefits and Paid Training!
• Schedule: Must be able to work an 8hr. shift between Mon-Sat 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Start Date: November 9th
• Equipment Provided: Laptop, keyboard, two monitors, mouse, and headphones

What You’ll Do

As a Program Specialist, you’ll serve as an important resource for patients and healthcare providers by helping them navigate insurance coverage and access available therapies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance verification and patient benefits.
