Qualifications

• Washington State insurance license is required.
• 5+ years in receptionist, customer service, or administrative roles (insurance or professional office experience a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs including scheduling software and CRM.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner (in person and by phone).
• Answer and route incoming calls; take detailed messages when needed.
• Schedule and manage appointments for agents.
• Assist clients with basic policy questions, payments, and document requests.
• Maintain accurate client records and update information in agency management systems.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and email correspondence.
• Support agents with administrative tasks: filing, data entry, preparing documents.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Assist with special projects, mailers, or client outreach as needed.
