Job summary

Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. in Iowa is seeking a Director of Insurance Solutions to drive adoption of planning and insurance products among financial professionals and to help advisors integrate strategies into client plans.

You will build strong advisor relationships, collaborate across Marketing, Technology and Sales, and lead demonstrations and training to support business growth. A track record in consultative sales and financial planning is required, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, insurance solutions, wealth management, or a related consultative sales environment.
• Experience working directly with Financial Advisors strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Financial Planning, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to increase adoption of Cambridge's insurance and financial planning solutions through Advisor outreach, referrals, networking, and internal partnerships.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective and existing Advisor opportunities.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings, demonstrations, and presentations with financial professionals.
• Identify opportunities for solution enhancements, upgrades, and increased advisor engagement.
