Job summary

Cambridge is seeking a Director of Insurance Solutions in Phoenix to drive advisor engagement and adoption of planning and insurance solutions. You will nurture relationships, lead cross-functional collaboration, and identify opportunities to grow revenue and client outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in financial planning or wealth management, with strong consultative sales experience and familiarity with advisor networks. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Financial Planning, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, insurance solutions, wealth management, or related consultative sales.
• Experience working directly with Financial Advisors preferred.
• CLU/ChFC and FINRA Series 7 licenses or designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales and business development to increase adoption of Cambridge's insurance and financial planning solutions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of advisor opportunities and manage relationships.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings, demonstrations, and presentations with financial professionals.
• Identify opportunities for solution enhancements and advisor engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
• Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing educational support to advisors.
• Stay current on product enhancements, industry trends, and planning strategies.
• Partner with advisors to understand client goals and recommend solutions.
• Leverage planning resources to support broad wealth management discussions.
• Monitor market trends and gather advisor feedback for product and strategy improvements.
• Represent Cambridge at conferences, events, and internal meetings.
