State Farm Agent Team Member in West Hempstead, NY is seeking a results-driven Products Representative to grow business through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experience.

You will handle inquiries, educate customers on insurance options, develop leads, and work with the agent to meet marketing goals while pursuing licensing requirements for Property & Casualty and Life/Health products. This role offers income with commission and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in outside or inside sales preferred.
• Track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about insurance and financial products to help clients manage risks.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Must currently hold Property and Casualty license; Life/Health license obtainable.
