Job summary

ACS Auto Club Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Insurance Service Representative in Ft. Myers, FL to assist members with insurance policies, payments, renewals, and product inquiries.

This role blends service, problem-solving, and sales support to protect members and promote Auto Club Group products. You will respond to inquiries, service policies, process payments, and look for cross-sell opportunities while maintaining compliance with state rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required state licenses and appointments to sell or service Auto Club Group Membership products.
• Successful completion of Customer Service, Insurance, and Membership training within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer insurance inquiries, explain product features and services, and resolve complaints with management support.
• Service insurance policies, process applications, renewals, and changes in accordance with state rules.
• Provide quotes, apply underwriting rules, identify cross-sell opportunities, and promote insurance and membership products.
• Process insurance and membership payments, handle delinquent accounts, and support retention efforts.
• Assist with office events to generate insurance revenue and raise product awareness.
