EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an on-site Insurance Administrative Associate in New Castle, PA. You will support policy servicing, communications with insurers, and client notifications, ensuring accuracy in policy data and timely updates to records.

Responsibilities

• Receive communication from insurance companies regarding our clients’ policies and respond accordingly
• Provide courtesy notifications to clients whose premium payments are late
• Assist clients with servicing of existing policies, including beneficiary and ownership changes, bank changes, duplicate policy requests, and more
• Update database to reflect policy changes and changes to client contact information
• Communicate with clients’ financial institutions and insurance companies to process collateral assignments of life insurance policies
• Process policy suspension due to military deployment and reinstatement from suspension
• Provide high-quality customer service to established clientele

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Receive communication from insurance companies regarding our clients’ policies and respond accordingly

• Agent of Record changes
• Coverage reductions
• Over-age policy conversion
• Lapse and reinstatement
• Death claims

Update database to reflect policy changes and changes to client contact information

Process policy suspension due to military deployment and reinstatement from suspension

Provide high-quality customer service to established clientele

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

COMPENSATION:

Compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, internal equity, and market data. This role may also be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
