Commercial Insurance Associates is seeking an insurance professional to join our Newark, Delaware office. The role focuses on client service and account support for personal and commercial insurance customers.

Candidates may come from various insurance backgrounds and optional P&C license; training on our systems and carriers will be provided. In-office position with opportunities to grow into Account Management roles within the agency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance office roles or customer service is required.
• Property & Casualty experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with coverage questions, policy changes, billing, and service requests.
• Service existing personal and commercial insurance accounts.
• Process endorsements, renewals, certificates, cancellations, and other policy transactions.
• Quote new and existing business with multiple insurance carriers.
• Gather information and prepare insurance applications and carrier submissions.
• Communicate with insurance companies and underwriters.
• Follow up on renewals and help support client retention.
• Maintain accurate account information in the agency management system.
• Assist clients by phone, email, text, and in person.
